Pantry - Gratiot County
March 1999 -- the Gratiot County Baby Pantry has
existed to help meet the emergency basic needs
of infants and children. The long-term goal of
the baby pantry is to decrease family stress and
to promote family health. We offer diapers, formula,
jar baby food, clothing and other baby and children’s
supplies to parents in need. Parents receive limited
amounts of these items once a week. Volunteers
also help identify resources for clients who need
help in other areas of their lives. Other resources
include a lending library that parents can use
to help improve their parenting skills.
Baby Pantry is open every Wednesday from 11:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is available to all families
in need with children age 4 ½ and under.
